The Getting started checklist can be accessed by Kno2 admins while logged into Kno2. If you will be receiving training from Kno2 or your integrated EMR vendor, you may wish to defer utilizing the Getting Started Checklist in favor of the training materials you will receive.
Start by selecting the link under the orange Get Started Quick Action Button. This provides a self-service list of setup needed to configure your Kno2 instance.
The in-app checklist contains blue links that open the relevant setup page in a new tab.
You can keep track of your progress by marking the checkboxes as you complete setup steps.
