To initiate a port out, please instruct the gaining carrier to submit the LSR (Local Service Request) to port@consensus.com with the following information:

Please note that it is imperative for the above information to be used for the port request; if other information is used, the port will be rejected.

If the new fax provider requests a PIN, please note that the PIN is only shared carrier-to-carrier and is the final step in the port out process. The PIN is not something Kno2 or our fax provider releases or has access to.
